"I think the show at its core is about relationships and the team that occupy the warehouse. What do you think is the appeal of the show? Now I can live my life as Eddie McClintock and people recognise me for that. Before this, everybody thought I was David Boreanaz! I signed a few autographs and got a few free pizzas pretending to be David Boreanaz. ![]() It's nice to finally land on a show that gives me a little bit of recognition for who I am, in regards to my career. "It's been a wonderful event, it's been great for me. How do you feel now that Warehouse 13 is such a big success? These are all old buddies of mine who I've worked with and I admire their work. I'd love to see Tony Shalhoub do an episode. It'd be nice to get Ryan Reynolds to come and do an episode, but he's probably a little bit busy these days with his enormous film career. ![]() Nathan and I are old buddies so that would be cool. They've done a great job of implanting these wonderful actors into our show." That's one thing that Syfy does so well - they know the value of a good guest star, in regards to their fanbase. Judd Hirsch plays Artie's dad and Armin Shimmerman from Star Trek comes on too. We also have Lindsay Wagner, plus Jewel Staite and Sean Maher from Firefly. She's just a fantastic lady and a great actress. She's one of the most awesome people I've ever met. "Tia Carrere comes on to play an old flame of Pete's. Tell us a bit about the guest stars appearing in this season. "Fargo (Neil Grayston) from Eureka comes to the warehouse to install a new operating system for the warehouse computer because it's antiquated, and because he's Fargo, he kind of screws things up! We have René Auberjonois as our guest star in that episode and he's awesome." Whereas last year, the comedy was more improvised stuff on the set, this time it's scripted. And they've allowed the writers to write comedy this year. Also, the people at Syfy have given us more money this year, so the show feels more expansive and the universe itself feels bigger. I think people will really enjoy the relationships as they grow and develop this year. Even though it's about these warehouse people looking for artifacts, the artifacts are really just a plot device to get to the core of the show. ![]() I think this season the writers weeded out what didn't work last year and have really found what it is that people like about the show.
